Pedro has a good temperament and very good with dogs. He doesn't like to be rousted from bed. Then again, his foster parent doesn't either, so he can relate. He has dry eyes, so he needs medication for it twice a day. Pedro is also a brave, determined and playful little guy. He often plays, bows, and frolics around. He is very sweet; he just wants to be held and loved. Pedro is bonding to his foster parents and is an absolute love!
