My name is Peanut and I'm an 8+ year old female poodle, approx 9lbs. I've been spayed and had a dental (where I lost ALL my upper teeth and my one lower canine).
I'm an adorably sweet and trusting little cuddle bug who is looking for a comfy lap to spend endless hours napping on.
My foster parent's are insisting that my new family be one where someone is home all day to hang out with me, who will never crate or kennel me and who promise to take me for little walks everyday (I bark and twirl in circles excitedly when I see my leash coming out).
I was picked up as a stray, but my previous family must have treated me with the utmost love and care because I all trust humans implicitly and want to spend all my time loving them.
ATTENTION! Retired, travelling couples… I'm the dog for you! I love to travel in the car curled up in your lap. I'm not timid or nervous; so long as I'm with you I'm confident and happy.
I'm fine with kids so you can bring me to family gatherings and introduce me to your grandchildren. I like other doggies but I don’t play too much, I'll greet and wag my tail at them, but I'm saving my love for my humans. I walk well on my extendo-leash and am housetrained.
No boisterous, loud families please because I'm getting a bit older and deserve a quieter more relaxed environment.
