At just 12#, with the right amount of scruff and beautiful soulful brown eyes, this adorable 18 month old Yorkie/Border terrier (most likely) mix is sure to melt your heart! Parsley loves to get all of the attention, but also likes to explore his surroundings. He exhibits that traditional terrier independence mingled with Yorkie cuddle bug. He is the perfect size for an apartment or house, and will do well with a single individual or a family.
