Parker is a 1 yr old male golden border collie mix. He was found in Norman off of I35 laying on the side of the road unable to move with two broken legs. Angel Fund OKc saved him from the euthanasia list at the Norman shelter and are currently raising the funds to pay for his surgery. Parker's new legs cost the rescue ~7k.
