Parfait

Parfait has been an absolute angel the last week. She is full of affection and a professional cuddler. She loves her walks, and her leash skills are impressive. Minimal pulling (only slightly when she sees another dog), but she is easily redirect-able. We think she was previously potty trained. She will walk over to the front door when she has to go. She went once in the house and that was her first day, none since. Car rides are one of her favorite things, she gets full body wiggles waiting to get in. She has shown no signs of resource guarding and can easily be approached while eating or chewing on a bone. She has met some human friends and has had pleasant interactions with each person. We have been working on sit and lay down and she follows those commands relatively well now. She is allowed to sleep wherever she likes, but will sleep in her dog bed next to the bed if not sleeping in bed with us. We have a crate that we leave up for her with the door open and she goes in on her own to nap or chew her bones. She had a bath and did great. Let us cut her nails without problem and even let us brush her teeth (with doggy toothpaste of course). Her tail was wagging the entire time.
