Palermo with the tan eyebrows. He came in looking starved. Palermo surprised us with how chill his vibe is. He sat patiently for treats and didn't push for more even though we know his belly was screaming from hunger pains. He likes to be close without being jumpy for attention. Palermo is comfortable with all over handling and is quick to learn new things (like treats float away in water). He is a nice boy that didn't have a nice life like he deserves. Help us change that for him.

The building is open 12-7 daily and adoptions end one hour before closing. All visitors 18 and older must have a government issued ID.
All household members should be present to meet dogs (especially those under 18 and any decision makers). We recommend and can arrange dog to dog meet and greets for your current dog to meet a potential dog sibling at the shelter.
Slow, cautious, and appropriate introductions are recommended after time for decompression for the shelter dog.
