Ozzy came in as an owner surrender. He showed up as a stray and owner took him in nursed him to health. They were broken hearted to have to surrender him but felt like he deserved more of what life has to offer. He was kenneled during the day due to them working and again at night for sleep. He is very sweet, and has done a good job of getting along with the other dogs at the rescue. Ozzy would make the perfect pet for a family who has the time.
