WHO WILL BE OWEN'S HERO ??? Owen has been in his Foster Home for 2 years with a Foster Mom that he's very attached to. We've known from the start that she couldn't adopt him but noone has stepped up in all this time to offer Owen a home. Foster Mom is planning to get married and is trying to have a baby . Owen refuses to let her Fiance' in the house. We've tried everything including a trainer, but Owen isn't having it. I can't very well tell her not to get married. She's been an amazing foster. She's nursed Owen through a tail amputation, the removal of an eye because of Glaucoma and various other problems. LIBR was kind enough to approve a prosthetic eye for him so he's still very handsome. Owen is 9 years old and needs everyone to pray that someone steps up for him. He doesn't do well in a kennel situation and I'd hate for it to come to that. He's a BIG BOY at 90 pounds and needs a Child & Pet free home.
