This handsome German Shepherd is OTTO. He is 3 months old and already weighs 48 lbs. OTTO is going to be a big guy! Mom was a black and sable German Shepherd and Dad was a white German Shepherd. OTTO is a beautiful cream colored boy. He is affectionate and friendly. Because he has had no training and he is going to be big and strong, OTTO is taking part in the Cell Dog Training program at Belmont Correctional Institution in St. Clairsville, OH. We are accepting adoption applications at this time and will schedule a meetngreet at the prison with an approved adopter after OTTO has been there a few weeks. It is not known how OTTO will do with cats so priority will be given to applications without felines.
