Meet Otto, formerly known as Porto from Contra Costa Animal Services. This handsome fella is a laid-back charmer, approximately four years old and around 55 pounds. He’s a compact, extremely sweet American Bulldog-Staffy mix who has come a long way since his shelter days. Initially deemed unadoptable and nearly euthanized due to his fear, Otto has truly blossomed in foster care. Otto is a total couch potato who just wants to be with his people. He follows other dogs around, using them as his backbone, and is the most excellent cuddler. Not a barker, Otto goes with the flow and loves riding in the car. He does fantastic at outdoor events like breweries and, as long as you accompany him, has no problem going out to potty with no accidents. This easy-going hunk would make a fantastic family dog. He’s great with children, curious, and continues to blossom as he further decompresses. Recently neutered, Otto is now ready for his forever family.
