Otter is an absolute angel. He is in foster now in a home with two other dogs, a cat and two children and is doing great. He is house broken and great on a leash! He eats from a slow feeder bowl to slow down his eating to prevent tummy troubles. He loves a nice walk and a car ride but his absolute favorite thing to do is to cuddle up next to his human.
