Despite being blind and diabetic, Otis is a happy explorer, following you anywhere with enthusiasm, especially on long walks. Rosie, the dolled-up Chihuahua, is a fashionista with a vast closet for every occasion. She adores finding the biggest bed possible, snuggling under blankets. Held and cared for, Rosie prefers being in your arms, even sporting a baby carrier. Though she faces some challenges with luxating patella, Rosie still enjoys tiny zoomies and playful rolls. This unique pair has captured hearts wherever they go, but they do require special care due to Otis's diabetes.
