Otis has been through a lot in his short life. He started as an unwanted puppy on the streets of Houston, where he witnessed his dad get run over by a car. He really could use a break in life, a loving family of his own. A family really looking to not just to adopt a dog, but one that is truly wanting to save a life. This sweet boy is full of butt and tail wags. He is learning that humans really aren't so bad after all.
Otis is shy at first, but he warms up quickly. He loves toys and is very sweet. He enjoys playing outdoors and hanging out with his humans. Toys are a favorite as well!
Otis is about 1 year old and is 58 lbs.
