Any other information that will help us find the best home: Otis is an amazingly sweet, mellow, happy go lucky guy that just loves hanging out. He is a great big love bug and loves to cuddle and play with his doggie friends. His best friend is Shirley and they are wonderful together. Otis is very calm and although he's already a big boy, he does not jump up or try to take over in any way. He is one of the easiest fosters we've had and we LOVE him to death!!
