Meet Otis!
Mister Otis is a handsome 10 years old chihuahua. While he will need a few days to warm up to new people and a new environment, once you earn his trust he will want to be close to you whenever possible!
Otis does have some mobility issues. He had a surgery and has improved since then. His foster carries him in & out of the house due to the stairs as he struggles with balance a bit. But once outside he loves to explore the yard!
Otis would prefer older kids only, he is good with cats and with other dogs, big or small.
