Otis

Otis was found as a stray in Meadow Lake March 11th but no owner came looking for him. He appears to be a young male black lab cross, somewhere between 10-12 months old. He came in very shy and nervous though is a friendly and sweet fella. He needs to gain some confidence in himself and trust in others but he is coming out of his shell. You can see the change in him each day. He was taken into a foster home on Mar 21st to try to bring up his confidence level. Foster mom says that he was very withdrawn at first but now he's a bit more active. He is a very mellow dog by nature though and she doesn't believe he'll ever be a rambunctious lab like the breed is known for. Which would mean if you like a lab but want one that's more laid back - he's probably your guy!
