Otis

Otis is an adorable, loyal kinda guy. He's a 9-10yr old Bassett/Beagle mix. He's currently in a home with three very young children. Although he is the sweetest and most loving of dogs, he does have a grumpy side. The excitable energy along with running around and eating snacks of little ones doesn't mix well with an older hound dog that needs his space. He's usually fine with other dogs- but doesn't want them invading his personal space either. He's fine with cats, just curious. When he's outside he lets his nose go to work- keeping his nose to the ground, sniffing anything & everything. His number one mission: explore. He loves getting his belly and chin(s) scratched. Otis would love to live out his golden years in a loving, quiet home with no children in order to set him up for success. Special Note: Otis is a lovable little guy, but please no children as he can get a little nippy when snacks are around. He also has allergies, so he gets an allergy shot about every 3 months to keep it under control. Otis has a special adoption fee of $200.
