Otis is a 10-week old Shepherd mix puppy that was found in the streets of Tijuana with his Mom, who was deceased. He is a very sweet, active pup. Otis is good with other dogs, cats, kids and adults.
He is up-to-date on vaccines and microchipped, he will be neutered soon.
