Otis and his friend Oger were originally surrendered, because their owner became homeless. They were then adopted and returned, because they barked too much in an apartment. Oger has been adopted, so that leaves poor Otis. Otis is 7 1/2 years old and weighs 36 lbs. Meet & greet required if you have another dog. He was said to be child friendly.
