Meet Oso! This 1 year old, 50lb smarty pants is looking for his forever home! If you're looking for a really intelligent, active, fun guy - look no further! He hails from the great state of Texas, from a family who was not able to care for a dog properly. His foster mom says: "Oso is SUCH a sweet boy! He's only ever barked one time while we've had him, and he's friendly with dogs and people. He loves a good ac/fan breeze. Often he'll lie down in front of it and just relax :) He's able to be in his crate overnight and seems to sleep through the night. He knows how to "sit" decently, and is currently working on his leash walking skills! He's also very receptive to boundaries being set (ie. not coming into rooms he's not allowed in). For example, we said no to coming into the bedroom and he doesn't come in, even when the door is open. He LOVES attention and gives lots of licks and cuddles and as he grows to trust you, he loves belly rubs He's able to pick training up pretty quickly! He's very interested in smelling everything outside and loves to explore. he seems to be ok with city noises! the sirens, etc. catch his attention for a split second but don't bother him. Unsure about how he is with cats, but he seems pretty fine with all animals he's encountered so far. Sometimes he'll have one ear up, one ear down and its just adorable!" INTERESTED IN ADOPTING?
