My Story

?READ?PLEASE NOTE: Our adoptable dogs are NOT adopted on a first-come, first-serve basis. We match the right pug with the right family. Please read the complete bio and details below before emailing to begin the prescreening process. Failure to read the bio and meet the adoption requirements may result in no response or a denial. The requirements for each pug are NOT negotiable, so please do not ask. Name: Osker Age: 9 months old Sex: Male Previous Life: Owner Surrender Weight: 18 lbs Altered: Yes Housebroken: Working on it! Osker will need a continued strict, consistent schedule every couple of hours Good with dogs/cats/kids: Yes, but needs slow introductions and another dog in the home that's playful/Unknown/Yes Likes: Loves bones or any toy that he can chew on. Dislikes: None Crate trained: Yes. Barks and cries the first few minutes, but then calms down Fenced yard required: A fenced yard is required. He loves to run and does not always come when called. Special Needs/Notes: None Osker is a 9 month old adorable, energetic puppy that loves to just be a puppy. One of Osker's favorite activities is playing with his foster sister Didi. Osker loves to steal toys away from Didi to make her play with him. Osker loves to be in the center of attention. Osker would prefer to have an active household where he can burn off all his puppy energy. Osker is good with kids that can handle his play biting and energy. Osker enjoys running around and chasing his 5-year-old human brother. Osker loves all toys, but mostly loves playing tug-of-war with whatever is in his foster families hand. Osker loves chew toys/bones of any kind. Osker rest much, but when he does, he prefers to sleep next to his foster sister on their beds or with his foster parents on the couch. Osker is not housebroken, but he is working on it and getting better. Osker just requires a consistent bathroom schedule until it becomes routine to him. Osker is crate trained, but will cry/bark for a few minutes or if he hears someone. Osker loves to be outside and go for walks. Are you interested in adopting Osker? Please visit our website and review our adoption procedures at: https://www.pugpartners.com/adoption-procedures Osker's minimum adoption donation is $500. Due to the high frequency of applicants, NOT ALL pre-screening emails will be responded to. PPN does not allow pugs to be shipped as cargo. For approved out-of-state adoptions requiring airfare, the pug must fit in an airline-approved sized carrier that can fit under the seat. Out-of-state adopters must arrange for transport; in some cases, we may have volunteers able to help.
