Oscar is 10 years old and weighs approximately 55 lbs. He was found along a freeway on-ramp by a good samiritan who picked him up and called rescue. Oscar is quite a character and has a wonderful personality. He is also an extremely loving boy. Please come and meet Oscar, we are sure you will like him as much as we do!
