OMG this little guy is something special. He is a special needs boy that has come back from unprecidented odds. He is fearless and gets along with all the dogs in the house. He has his foster brothers and sisters wrapped around his little paw. He loves to be out playing with everyone and loves to be held and cuddled. Oscar is potty pad trained as well as learning to potty outside via a doggy door access. Who ever adopts this little guy will be adopting a gem. His foster family has fallen in love in just a few short days. Oscar is crate trained and is 90% potty pad trained.There is so much more to his story than can be written here.
