The first step to adopting one of our pets is to complete an application at www.tapsusa.org The adoption radius is within 25 miles of 37737 because we ask volunteers to do home visits prior to finalizing an adoption.
Orson is definitely special needs. Out of the more than a dozen people he has met, he only trusts a few. He is very insecure and it will take a lot of time and patience to gain his trust. He will likely also require sedation prior to grooming for life. We are posting him so that people know about him and somewhere out there, there may be another special person with no kids, no company and be a huge animal lover willing to take responsibility for him for the next 10-15 years.
