Oreo appears to be purebred shih tzu with the temperament to match the breed. He is a good-looking guy built like a little tank! Oreo is 6 yrs old and weighs 16 lbs. He is obviously the victim of abuse and/or neglect as he does not trust men or like children. He is, however, generally good-natured and playful. As with all shih tzu's - Oreo will require regular professional grooming. Home(s) with previous experience with the shih tzu breed will be given special consideration.
