He was recently rescued by animal control after his owner moved aweay and left him and another pup to fend for themselves. Sadly his brother did not survive the ordeal. Opie is a handsome dog with a scruffy white coat and a sweet disposition. He walks well on a leash and is already proving to be a quick learner. He enjoys people, toys and other dogs.
