Opie is a super sweet fellow that needs a special home. Opie doesn't get around very well, but he is wonderfully attentive and loves attention.
Opie is an approximately 12 year old heeler mix. Mixed with what, I do not know. He was so terribly matted that we had to have him shaved and even that took 4 hours as the hair was so matted down to his skin. He had to have been very uncomfortable.
Opie has been to the vet, he does require some pain medicine for his joints, but otherwise is healthy. He did have a tooth pulled and he had his teeth cleaned this week.
Opie came from the e list at the county pound, given up for "lack of finances".
If you would like to bring Opie into your home, he will reward you with so much love that you will feel honored. We are honored to have him.
