My Story

Meet Ophelia! She is a 8 year old female lab mix. She is very friendly, loves cuddles and attention, and is good with dogs and cats. Ophelia is a friendly and affectionate dog with a gentle and playful temperament. She can be a bit curious and funny, but is definitely a couch potato who loves nothing more than snuggling with her humans and receiving kisses. Ophelia is a well-rounded pup with a lot of love to give. With her friendly and affectionate personality, she would be a great addition to any family. If you are looking for a sweet and spunky new addition to your family, Ophelia is the perfect fit! *More information and photos added over time. *We only adopt and foster our animals within a 60 mile radius from New Brighton, MN* All of our foster animals can be seen by appointment. You can contact us through our website at http://legendsrescue.org/index.php/contact/ or visit our facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LegendsRescue/ if you have further questions or would like to schedule a meet and greet. FOSTER CARE: Our rescues are fostered in individual homes or at our facility. We work hard to ensure that our rescues have a supportive family while at foster homes to help them move forward and get ready for their forever home. We work on training, crate-training and socialization before an animal is adopted out. Foster homes are extremely important to the success of the cat at their forever home, and it is extremely rewarding to be able to watch the cats growth as you help them on their journey to their happy ending. YOU CAN HELP: If you’re not able to foster or adopt right now, please consider sponsoring a Legend. Your donation will help with our care and pay for medical costs.
