Chaz is appx. 10 mo's old. He is an Anatolian Shepherd/Mastiff cross. He seems to have the dry mouth like the Anatolian and does not drool/slobber. He is good with other dogs and good with children, although we have not tested him with young/toddler aged kids. Chaz is a really good natured dog and he will make an excellent family pet. He is about 75 pounds and 24" at the shoulder. Chaz enjoys having another dog for company although it is not a "must". He does love kids and would probably enjoy being in a family home. Chaz's x rays show that he does have mild hip dysplasia, however, he is a young dog and is still growing and is not in need of surgery. He will require a good balanced diet and supplements and he needs to stay at a lighter weight so as not to put extra strain on his joints. The vet feels Chaz has an excellent prognosis for living a high quality of life.
