How this pet arrived: Odin was brought in by his previous owner on 6/29/2024. At SDHS:This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed/neutered. This pet is now ready for his new home! Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Odin, who we are helping to learn his "good dog" behaviors. We have learned that Odin is smart but he wants to take things slowly and accompanied by treats and positive reinforcement. Odin will do best with a dog savvy family who understands modern day dog training techniques which we can help you with. We require that Odin live in a home without other dogs and any children need to be at least 12 years old. He tends to protect his food and treats so he shouldn't be handled while he is eating. He will need lots of protected outdoor space where he will probably want to spend much of his time before coming inside for sleeping, eating and loving. His indoor space also needs to be pretty good sized because he will want to roam between rooms. Odin is no fragile lapdog.
