My Story

Obi is one of the sweetest, calmest dogs you’d ever meet! He just wants love and cuddles all the time. He would absolutely adore a home where he can sleep in his owners bed. However a soft, comfy dog bed will do as well! He loves being outside so a home with a good sized yard that he can roam in is ideal! He’s very smart and adjusts very well. He knows “sit” and “shake” effortlessly, and is currently working on “lay down”, “stay”, and “go over there”. He’s good with all dogs and cats, however he does NOT need to be housed with any un-neutered dominant males. He likes his furry friends, but I believe he could also do well as an only dog, he’s very chill and keeps to himself a lot. He’s house trained, however he absolutely does not like being crated and does go potty in them, but he hasn’t gone potty in the actual house. He’s also an escape artist. He will escape out of a typical crate, and has climbed chain link fences before if left unsupervised. Obi is a mix breed, he’s around 1.5 to 2 years old, and right now he’s right under 50 pounds but he had intestinal and heart worms so he’s skinny and should gain some more weight once he’s healthy! Obi Adoption Donation is $250 and includes spay/neuter, deworming, Avid microchip, and UTD vaccinations. Obi is being fostered in ST LOUIS, MISSOURI Please fill out an application at WWW.ACTNOWRESCUE.NET. . Call Tammy at 618.797.8605 for more details.
