Meet OATMEAL COOKIE! He’s as delicious as his name is. He is 5 months old as of mid-February 2024. We think he’s a dachshund/shepherd/Lab mix! He’s got that longer dachshund body! He is a total mush and he will follow you everywhere. He absolutely loves humans. Oatmeal Cookie is a typical, sweet, cuddly and happy-go-lucky puppy! He is good with other dogs (he’s been around puppies and adults of all sizes), children, and he would be good with cats being that he is young and sweet. Oatmeal Cookie is learning about house training and is doing well. He’s smart too and he is already leash trained. His brother Pudding is also available for adoption, if you’re looking for the perfect duo. Once an adopter is fully approved, transport will be arranged to New York/New Jersey. We strive for our dogs to be adopted into the right home. The best fit for the dog is our priority. We ask that you please make sure if interested in a puppy or high energy breed that you are ready for this time consuming/daily endeavor and have patience as this is a long term commitment (could be 15+ years). Please make sure you are ready to properly exercise and give a dog all it needs for fulfillment. Your ongoing time and day-to-day commitment is the most important thing in caring for a dog. In addition we cannot guarantee breed of any dog or expected adult size of a puppy. Please note that even house trained dogs will need help transitioning to an adopters home and schedule.
