Oakley is the newest member of CEAR. He is 2 yrs old and our best estimation is he is a Kelpie/Shepherd mix. He was in danger of being euthanized at the shelter. One of our team members had gotten to know him and knew he was just scared and misunderstood, so she made the decision to take a chance on him so here he is! We gave him time to decompress and the trainer has started getting to know him. He is settling in well and we are excited to work with him.
