O'Brien

Hi! My name is O'Brien. I am a tiny male westie who weighs about 13 lbs. I was born on 2-9-04 so I am about 2 1/2 years old. I had a really bad life before OWR rescued me. I was one sick, sad boy. My tail was crushed and grew in crooked, several of my toe nails were broken off and my ears were injured and never stood up. I do have really cute ears now but they don't show up in my pictures. I will tell you this, I am one really SWEET doggie. Once I figured out that I wasn't going to be hurt anymore and how great that laps are - I started coming out of my shell. I love to be around people and make the best little lap dog you have ever seen. There is nothing that I like better than cuddling with my Foster Mom on the couch. I like other doggies too, they are kinda of fun. I never got to run and play but I am figuring out that it's really neat too. Cats don't bother me, I'm not really sure what they are. I have put my horrible past behind me and just want my own family to love. I love to lay my little head on your shoulder and will be more than happy to give you those quiet little puppy sighs. You won't ever be sorry that you adopted me, I promise.

Just give me half a chance and you will think I am the best little doggie in the whole world!

Oklahoma Westie Rescue will only adopt to applicants who reside within the following states: OK, AR, MO, KS and TX. If you live outside these areas OR if you have children under the age of 10, please do not apply for this dog.
