Nova

Born February 2019, Nova is a female lab mix seeking a special forever home. Nova has seizures and is on medication that MUST be given every 12 hours. That medication costs about $60 per month using GoodRx and BuzzRX. These medications cannot be stopped or have doses skipped. One of our director’s can speak more in depth with interested adopters about the severity of Nova’s seizures. With consistency, Nova’s seizures are well controlled and she hasn’t had a seizure in about a year. Nova is 100% pure good girl. She is crate trained, potty trained, and rides well in a car (Except for an occasional attempt at climbing into her favorite coffee shop window ?). Nova is fantastic with all dogs, cats, and kids. She can be very bouncy when excited so a home with children over 5 who aren’t afraid of being knocked down would be best. Nova’s must haves are a home where she can cuddle on the couch with her person, someone who can accommodate medication every 12 hours, and someone who is heavy handed with the treats. Nova is quite the acrobat so she requires a 5 foot or taller fence.
