Nova is the sweetest girl! Animal Control was able to encourage her owner to surrender her with a severe embedded cable (being used as a tether/collar). She is the happiest girl and absolutely loves everyone she meets. She has the shakiest wiggle butt, loves other dogs (and playing with them). She has quickly become a shelter favorite, loves being the center of attention, and loves cuddles!
