"Norman" is a very sad case. He was found living with his elderly owner emaciated, dehydrated & suffering from severe flea dermatitis. Unfortunately, his owner was suffering from Alzheimers and had forgotten to take care of him & his sister. His sister has found a loving home but "Norman" is still looking for somebody to love him & help him recover from his neglect. He is loving & sweet about 8 years old and would make an excellent companion. UPDATE: Because of the good care I am getting at the Shelter, my fur is growing back nicely and I am fattening up. The light is back in my eyes. I am ready for my forever home. Please come down and see me, please? Love, Norman
