Nitro is a handsome, handsome 14 month old Lab/Hound mix. He weighs 45 pounds and was found as a stray. He is wonderful with all other dogs and has no aggression. He loves people of all ages and is playful but yet calm and laid back at the same time. He is initially shy but will form a strong bond with his people given a little bit of time. He is very friendly and will be an incredible loyal companion to any family who adopts him. He is housebroken and is currently being fostered in the south. He is crate trained but doesn't need to be in a crate because he is such a good boy. His adoption fee is $375.

We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process.
Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Also, any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the south and will prefer to "do their business" outdoors.
