Nessa is a 4-year-old Carolina Dog mix who came from a hoarding case in Clay County with over 70 other dogs. She is one of 4 that we took and she is the most outgoing of the 4. She wants attention, but just doesn't have the confidence to ask for it yet. She's great with other dogs and likes their company. She has just started on leash training.
