Neo is such a great dog. He's a little bit confused as to why he's in the shelter. After all, he's 5 yrs old and had a home at one point. He's met a few volunteers and they all said he was wonderful. They call him a "Very sweet boy who is a little shy... We stopped at the bench and snuggled." He loves butt scratches, knows sit, is easy to walk and as sweet as can be.
