Neo was picked up as a stray. Not sure how this blind boy got to be a stray, but nonetheless IDR is there to help. He is thought to be about 4 years old and as you can see quite a handsome guy. He is good with the other dogs but not with cats. He is completely housebroken and crate trained. He loves to be outside and will play with the other dogs. He loves toys and bones and has no problem finding them anywhere around the house. He would do best in a home with very few steps to outside due to his blindness. Other then that he gets along fine.
