Neil is a big goofball with a lot of energy. He is very loving and affectionate but definitely needs some work with his basic manners. He is treat motivated and eager to please, making him easily trainable. He would thrive with an active family who would take him on long walks, trips to the pet store, or just playing out in the backyard. Neil does well with other dogs, but should not be in a home with cats.
