Neighbor is a 2 year old spaneil/lab mix. He was brought to the Animal Shelter through our Explorer Post: National Disaster Outreach program from Ozark Humane Society in Arkansas. This year alone Arkansas has been hit by ten tornados and massive flooding, leaving many dogs in need of a good home. If you have never gotten a hug from a dog then you have never met Neighbor. He is a lovable dog who loves to be petted and scratched all day long.
