***Update: Cesar really needs some place other than a cage to spend his time. Even if he could get fostered for the weekend, it would really make him happy. He does get along with other dogs, as long as the dogs get along with him and he is just lovey boy!*** He is a sweet pit, under a year old. I would not place him in a home with small children just because he likes to play rough. Other than that, he is a doll. He is a little shy at first but then wants to give you all the kisses he has to give! He was rescued from a backyard where he was doomed to spend the rest of his life at the end of a very short chain! Please ask for an app today if you are interested.
