Nauda

The protection of a Pyrenees, the love of a lab. Nauda has been waiting for her furever for over a year now. She would love some property to patrol, and some humans to snuggle when her rounds are complete. Busy streets and close neighbors are not the environment for this girl. This gentle giant is absolutely wonderful out in public and walk well with a harness or gentle leader. She is well behaved around older children, but I would use caution around littles. When she originally came up with her 10 puppies she was in full protection mode. We worked with a trainer to help her feel more confident and safe around humans, and she has overcome nearly all of her fears. That being said, she is still a pyrenees and is therefore bred to chase off potential dangers to her home. If she deems something as a true threat she will do everything in her power to get it off her space. This is fine with keeping away deer and coyotes, but sometimes the threats are loud machines like lawnmowers and cop cars. If you have a quiet space that could use some extra security, but you also want a dog that will love you to pieces this is her. Please come meet her!
