Myla

My name is Myla. I am around 5 years old Aussie/Cattle dog mix! (DNA of puppies confirms this mix) I was found as a stray pregnant in a rural part of Clackamas county. My puppies are grown and up for adoption so it's my turn too! I am simply wanting a forever home! My foster family thinks I'm such a good girl who has great potential with a forever family. I love kids, and I like other dogs, although I prefer to have my own spot so I don't need to guard my food. Feeding in a kennel will be needed for me. My favorite is scrambled eggs..I know I know I shouldn't have human food! Sometimes I steal food off the counter so I need supervision. I am nervous around cats, but with patience I get used to them and don't mind them around. I have not warmed up to chickens yet. I have been working on kennel training and I'm doing great. In the morning I will wake you up with a bark to let you know I need to go potty. Leashed walks are so fun, but I need a fenced yard so I can dig a nice cool spot in the dirt to lay in. Sorry I like to dig! I am really good at getting my nails trimmed. When Dad gets home I am happy but I don't join the barking party my foster brothers start. Sometimes I like to nap on the bed, but I don't jump on the couch. I will nudge your hand until I get pets and attention. I am a real good girl and eager to please. Myla's adoption fee is $300. She is fixed, chipped, dewormed, flea treated, vaccinated, and had a wellness exam. We are accepting applications until Thursday at 5 pm. Decisions will be made by Friday afternoon and adoptions are on Sunday. For cats and kittens we do not do meet and greets. We are also not first come first serve.
