My Story

Myah is an adorable, small GSD. She is near max size so should never get bigger than 50 lbs. Myah is very fearful. She had a rough start in life and it will take a lot of time and work to get her to trust you. She is especially fearful of men, so we are requiring that she be adopted into a house with a female present. She also must have at least one other playful dog in the house as she relies strongly on her pack for confidence. Myah's perfect home will have a fenced yard. Although she has done ok greeting children on a walk, she should not have children in her home. They move quickly and unpredictably and that will cause stress to Myah. Myah is potty trained and walks amazing on her special lead (which she will always need to use as it is escape proof if she does get scared and tries to get loose). Collars and harnesses are not enough to keep her safe. She gets so excited when asked if she want to go on "walky paws". Myah doesn't know many commands, but is well behaved. She does not jump on you or onto furniture. She comes when called to her names. She follows her packs lead on everything and will do what they do. She is not a barker. Myah is on medication for her anxiety. Because of the severity of it, she will need to remain on the medication (it costs approximately $4/month from Walmart). She is still learning she is safe and will not be harmed.
