Mugsy

Meet Mugsy! We just got his DNA results back and they reveal that he is 100% ADORABLE!! He is a joyful boy filled with love and he loves, loves, loves to cuddle. The real kind of cuddle, where you pick him up and hug. He will come up to you and want you to pick him up and give him big hugs. He will hug back. Mugsy is an eight-year old boy ready for his new home. He is smart, loves other dogs and did we mention he's blind? Except for his bumping into things you'd never know. Of course, you must put him on a leash as he goes outside (to be safe). As he learns his environment he will adapt. You will have to be patient with him as he learns his new space. He has been using a 'halo' to get around and it makes it easier for him to learn using it. He will sit and is learning to 'shake' and is very smart. A 'clicker' helps him to know when it's time to eat and where his bowl is. He sleeps in his crate. And he's so darn cute when he has to go to potty (poop); he turns in circles many, many times and you always know when he has to go. Mugsy wants to play with other dogs, and cats are good too. He's a good boy ready for his new family.
