MUGSIE

Mugsie is an amazingly sweet and friendly dog, despite his traumatic start in life. He is not scared of humans and comes when he sees his foster family. He loves to get his ears, back and stomach rubbed and just relaxing. He is super friendly with other dogs, is quickly learning to walk on a leash and is progressing nicely with potty training. He really enjoys a little nap outside. He is crate trained and sleeps all night in his crate. He rarely barks and if you are trying to find him, check the sofa back! You’ll likely find him sitting up there watching all the activity in the house. If you want to meet a pup in person, Once Upon a Tail Rescue does adoption events at PetSmart in Covington, LA on most Saturdays with many of our adoptable dogs there. Don't forget to complete your application ahead of time, so you don't miss out on the pup you've connected with. If pre-approved, you have first priority & can usually take home your new best friend the same day! *Please note that there is no obligation to adopt by completing an application.* **All dogs are required to have complete vet services, including shots, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip, which are included in the Adoption Fee. Some dogs may still require completion of these services due to current age, size, breed and/or health. All vet services must be done at the vet clinic used by Once Upon a Tail Rescue.
