Mrs. Potato Head

Meet Mrs. Potato Head! This sweet girl found herself at the Brunswick County animal shelter when she was taken out of a bad situation. MPH, along with her 7 pups (our Toy Story Litter), have come a long ways from where they started! Now it’s this mama's turn to find her furever home! MPH is a little shy at first but don’t let that fool you, she warms up quickly and through a little bit of trust, she will soon be your best friend. She lives a very laid back life and is 100% content anywhere she has a bed, couch, or a soft blanket. She is house trained, crate trained and often has to be convinced to get out of her cozy bed to go outside. Long car rides are a breeze as she’s content to be anywhere you are. She’s a lover of all people and could be pet for hours on end. She’s looking for someone that will be very patient with her as she’s still very shy and many things are new but with a little convincing (and any type of food) she’s easily persuaded. She’s not a runner, so she’s pretty content to just lay in the sun or hang out with you in the yard. She would do best with another adult dog and lights up around her foster's dog. She would not do well with a high energy dog who doesn't respect boundaries. She could also do well as an only dog! She can be shy around loud noises so would do best in a home without young children. This girl is a complete doll. and the most chill and sweet girl. She is up to date on vaccinations and preventatives, and her spay/microchip is scheduled July 16 at the Richmond SPCA Smoky's Spay/Neuter clinic. Mrs. Potato Head's adoption fee is $325.
